Groovy Gang Hub

Purpose: Guide and delegate responsibilities for Groovy Gang members.

Sections to Include:

  • Welcome & Vision: Brief reminder of what it means to represent G2i and Groovy Gang. (E.g., “You’re not just dancing—you’re leading.”)
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Assisting in online classes (Zoom etiquette, helping students, camera usage)
    • Content creation assignments
    • Social media reposts / brand tags
    • Attire expectations (no other logos, always represent)
  • Weekly To-Do Board: Embedded Trello/Notion view or link
  • Submission Portal: For any footage, shortform edits, or caption suggestions
  • Creative Prompts: Monthly themes or prompts to encourage storytelling
  • Feedback Section: Where they can reflect, offer feedback, or ask questions anonymously if needed
