Purpose: Align outside vendors with G2i’s quality and creative expectations.

Sections to Include:

  • Intro & Core Values: “We’re building something bigger than dance. If you’re here, we trust you to help elevate it.”
  • Vendor Roles:
    • Print vendors (turnaround time, approved designs)
    • Event rental vendors (arrival expectations, point of contact)
    • Video/photo production (tone, file formats, delivery deadlines)
  • Brand Guidelines: Logo usage, voice/tone if referencing G2i, what not to do.
  • Content Submission Folder: Where to drop content after an event
  • Payment & Invoicing Instructions: How to submit invoices, when to expect payment
  • Point of Contact Directory: Who they talk to (not always Guy)

Tone: Clear, firm, respectful. They need to know they’re part of something bigger, but also need zero ambiguity.
